    Fairview Lane Townhomes

    Clarksville, Tennessee

    Development consisting of seven residential townhome units, including five 1,300 SF three-bedroom units and two 1,400 SF four-bedroom units. Project included efficient floor plan layouts, private living spaces, and site planning considerations to support a cohesive residential development.

    Shelbyville, Tennessee

    New church facility designed to support worship, fellowship, and community activities. The project included a sanctuary, support spaces, and site planning considerations to accommodate the needs of the congregation and future growth.

    Crossville, Tennessee

    Combined convenience store and Dairy Queen facility developed to serve both retail and restaurant functions within a single building. The project included coordination of franchise requirements, service areas, and support spaces to support the operational needs of two distinct tenants within a single building footprint.

    Brakepoint BP Addition

    Castalian Springs, Tennessee

    1,325 SF liquor store addition to an existing convenience store designed to expand retail offerings and improve customer service capabilities. The project included integration with the existing facility, coordination of circulation between the two tenant areas, and incorporation of the addition into the established architectural character of the site.
